Shipping
Most items ship within 1-2 days after a completed transaction. Some may take a bit longer – 4-7 days. Transit and delivery depends on your shipping method selection.
We ship via UPS. Occasionally we will ship via Fed-Ex or USPS
Shipping charges will be calculated automatically based on the items in your shopping cart and your chosen shipping method.
Sales tax: 5.34% sales tax will be added to orders to a Virginia delivery address. Sales tax does not apply to orders to a non-Virginia delivery address.
Returns:
Damaged items
In the unlikely event that an item is received damaged, please, first contact us and send us pictures of the item and packaging to support@thatssopalmbeach.com. We will then file a claim. Please be advised, there is a seven day window to report a damaged item. If reported within the seven day window, we will provide a refund.
vintage/One-of-a-kind items
As with all vintage and antique items, please expect the subtle signs of wear and/or man-made irregularity that is the hallmark and authentication of aged and hand-wrought merchandise. Sizes are approximate. Our opinion regarding era, age, genre, style, material, medium, maker, technique, color, condition, origin, history, etc., may differ from yours and is offered without guarantee. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. All sales on vintage one-of-a-kind items are final. Please ask questions, request additional photos, etc prior to purchasing.
